Standards
A Plus Powder Coaters, Inc. will test according to the standards requested in a customer’s RFQ (Request for quote). If there are specific tests you require, please make sure we are aware of this in your RFQ.
A Plus Powder Coaters, Inc. uses a custom made database that allows us to record many parameters from our systems. It also allows use to record all testing procedures and print or email a report with testing results. Our system allows us to customize the report to meet our customers standards.
Testing Capabilities
A Plus Powder Coaters, Inc. has the capability to do the following tests:

• MEK Cure Test
• Cross Hatch Adhesion Test
• Pencil Hardness
• Blast Profile Test
• Water Boil Test
• Wet Sponge Holiday Test
If there are other tests required, please do not hesitate to request them. We are constantly expanding our testing capabilities.
