Bob Bertelsen – President/CEO

Ask anybody that knows Bob, and they will say he is one of the most mechanically smart people they know. He's not afraid to dive headfirst into a project and redesign a rack to ensure a customer's proper finish. He's had that kind of passion from early on in his days working under the hood of his muscle cars. Since he founded A Plus Powder Coaters in 1996, Bob established a culture of innovation. He's the leader, but that doesn't stop him from rolling up his sleeves, diving into the design board, stepping on the plant floor, and improving equipment efficiencies. As the company's vision states, Bob shares the commitment to Jesus Christ as he is active in his church. Bob is happily married to his wife Laurie for more than 30 years with three adult daughters.
